Is the free plan really free forever?

Yes — no time limit, no credit card required to sign up. The free plan covers up to 3 active invoices with manual reminder sending, client management, and a public payment page. Upgrade to Pro whenever you outgrow it.

How does the 14-day Pro trial work?

Every new account gets full Pro access — unlimited invoices, auto-chase, PDF downloads, everything — for 14 days as soon as you verify your email. No card required to start. If you don't add payment before it ends, you'll automatically drop back to the Free plan (your data stays intact either way) — nothing is ever charged without you actively upgrading.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Pro is billed monthly or yearly through Paddle with no lock-in contract — cancel anytime from your billing settings and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

What currencies do you support?

GBP, USD, EUR, NPR, INR, AUD, CAD, SGD, and AED — with country-aware bank detail fields (sort code, IFSC, routing number, IBAN, and more) so your invoices look right no matter where your clients are.

How does auto-chase actually work?

Turn it on for any invoice and AutoChase sends a gentle reminder 1 day after it's overdue, a follow-up at 5 days, and a final notice at 10 days — automatically, with no further action from you. You can preview every reminder before it's sent and stop the sequence anytime.

Is my data secure?

Do my clients need an account to pay?
