This Refund Policy applies to Pro subscription purchases made on AutoChase at autochase.app, operated by AutoChase.
Important: All Pro subscription payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is the legal seller of record for your purchase. Refunds are issued through Paddle's systems and may be requested either via AutoChase support or directly through Paddle.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period") and receive a full refund, provided you have not made substantial use of the Service during that period.
By clicking "Start Free Trial" or "Upgrade to Pro" and immediately accessing Pro features, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service before the cooling-off period ends. If you have already made substantial use of Pro features, we may deduct a proportionate amount from the refund to reflect the value of the Service you received.
If you cancel during a free trial period before it ends, you will not be charged and no refund is applicable (there was no charge). To cancel, visit the Billing section of your account settings.

Once a refund is approved and issued through Paddle, it typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:
We deal with all refund requests fairly and reasonably. If you experience a significant service outage or technical issue that prevented you from using AutoChase, contact us and we will consider appropriate remedies including partial refunds or account credits.
